This will allow users of Things 3 to quickly create deep links from emails and then code them into the to-do infrastructure of Things 3. It uses a short piece of AppleScript that allows for a deep link URL to be generated and added to a 'to-do'. Spark has it. Apple Mail has it. It is the main reason for not migrating over to Canary. If you are going to be smart a lot of the GTD crowd uses this feature. I am an Independent Contractor and this would make Canary Mail a usable app for me. Apple Mail and MS Outlook allow the use of multiple colored flags (in Mac OS Mail) or Categories (in Outlook). This is an important feature for me to organize my mail across different projects/timelines. This is an important feature that I look for in any Mail App, please consider adding this feature to Canary Mail.

Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

I want to set fixed default fonts in my program so I do not have to change in every outgoing mail.

🤟🏻 Hi Change the possibility of changing the font size to the same system as macOS. This is the same case with font selection.

I often find myself needing to create an event and having to manually copy some of the context of an email to the notes of the event or to attach the same attachments as the received email has. Let’s say I bought movie tickets for my family and would like to create a family event in a shared calendar with the time, place and PDFs of the tickets in the calendar event attachments. It would be awesome to auto-magically glean the time, place, duration of the event from the context of the email, but most of all i would love not to have to download the attachments only to attach them to the calendar event.

As it is a standard on email clients, along the day we need to retrieve a communication from someone of from a subject. so usually we do a search using keywords, like "from: mario" and I will see all emails listed that were sent by mario, or I write "to:xxx" and I see all emails sent to xxx...or even by subject, "subject:xxx". and I can read all emails from xxx subject. this is key to work efficiently.

It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best

The rules now are very disappointing. The options are very limited. Why every mail with the word "invoice" in the title cannot be filtered into a invoice folder. Etc Etc

Add an on-off toggle in settings to enable users to switch the "Open Link" dialog box on or off. I personally don't find it useful and it is more of an annoyance. I'm sure that there must be others who feel the same. It should be up to individual users to decide whether they want this security feature enabled or disabled.

There is "Spam" icon and action which moves email to Junk folder. However, if there is false positive in Junk folder, you need to mark it as not spam and/or at least move it quickly to Inbox folder. Having a dedicated icon with action for this would be very handy.
