You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

For those of us who don’t mix calendar with email.

To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Hello! You have a very good application, an unusual idea, a lot of useful functions and I really like it! It would be great if your mail application could translate emails from one language to another (inside the application, not to switch to another application). I also noticed that many emails have borders, is it possible to stretch the text, reduce the indentation on the left and right so that it is convenient to read on the phone? Now in the mobile application, the text on the left and right recedes strongly from the edges of the screen, which is not easy to read.

Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best

It would be nice to be able to disable the integrated calendar to instead use the system default calendar.

To help combat phishing, I would like to have full email address visible all the time, not just the "friendly name". It's too easy to be lulled into a sense of security without seeing the full email address.

It would be helpful to have the text in the reading window auto wrap when the window is either resized or when the zoom level is changed in lieu of having to use the horizontal scroll bar to read emails.

Hi, currently notification settings are quite limited. For instance, there is no option to get notifications only for the emails from favorites. You can't mute specific senders. Smart notifications only filters out the emails with unsubscribe link, but that's not enough. I'd like to mute more emails like notifications etc. There can be also a feature to mark some emails as unimportant, so you can train the smart notifications. I hope you will add more options.

Really enjoying Canary’s minimal UI and privacy-first approach — but one feature I’ve been hoping for is more control over how emails are categorised. Right now, incoming mail is auto-classified into Primary, Promotions, Social, and Updates, with no way to customise or override this logic. For users who rely on a folder-based workflow (e.g. Newsletters, Notifications, Client, Finance, etc.), this can feel limiting — especially when misclassifications can't be corrected. I ran into this issue managing multiple inboxes and eventually built my own system externally. It uses a small AI agent to route emails into folders based on intent and sender, and filters out junk completely before it even hits the inbox — kind of like having a personalised mailroom assistant that learns your preferences over time. Would love to see Canary explore more user-defined folder routing, maybe even with basic AI customisation or webhook support down the line. Happy to share more on what I built if anyone's exploring similar ideas.

I want to set fixed default fonts in my program so I do not have to change in every outgoing mail.
