If you insert a photo from the gallery, it is inserted as a picture in a letter. I would like there to be a choice of how to insert: as a picture, as a file (preferably with the ability to choose the format)

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

I have multiple accounts that I use mostly for spam and registering for accounts I'm not gonna use much - I don't want to see their emails in my main inbox as they're usually not what I'm interested in, but I'd still like quick access to them (which is why I have them added in Canary)

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

To help combat phishing, I would like to have full email address visible all the time, not just the "friendly name". It's too easy to be lulled into a sense of security without seeing the full email address.

Signing and encrypting e-mails using S/MIME is common practice in the business world. So in order to get useful in a business environment, an e-mail client should support S/MIME.

It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

It would be helpful to have the text in the reading window auto wrap when the window is either resized or when the zoom level is changed in lieu of having to use the horizontal scroll bar to read emails.

SpamSieve is an easy to use and very good spam filter for AppleMail. With upcoming OS Sonoma there will be a SDK by the developer for integrating it in other mail clients. It will abolish the need running another mail client in background for spam filtering.

This will allow users of Things 3 to quickly create deep links from emails and then code them into the to-do infrastructure of Things 3. It uses a short piece of AppleScript that allows for a deep link URL to be generated and added to a 'to-do'. Spark has it. Apple Mail has it. It is the main reason for not migrating over to Canary. If you are going to be smart a lot of the GTD crowd uses this feature. It would be nice to filter out the trash and junk mail when doing a search. Otherwise when you clean up you get errors about elements no longer in collection.
