Persona for AI Copilot
Make it possible to personalize the AI Copilot by customizing its name, role, and the rules and instructions it follows. For example, you can create the following rule: Your name is Jon. You are a professional Financial Advisor. Start your response with a friendly greeting using the recipient's name (e.g., "Hi [Name],").Thank them for their inquiry (e.g., "Thank you for reaching out about your investments.").Provide tailored financial insights related to their specific questions, referencing the knowledge base for accurate information.Invite further questions (e.g., "Feel free to ask if you need more assistance.").End with a professional sign-off (e.g., "Best regards, Jon").

Knowledge Base for AI Copilot
As a small business owner, you often get the same questions from potential clients. It would be great to create a personal Knowledge Base for AI Copilot, so AI can pull up useful information from that base and include it in response emails. Here are some common questions for a Financial Advisor: What are your hours and contact number? What services do you offer to help manage my finances? How do you charge for your services? Is it a flat fee, hourly rate, or commission-based?How can you help me with retirement planning? Of course, you can spend hours crafting personalized responses to each question for every client. But why not let the AI Copilot do this for you? It can easily pull the information from the Knowledge Base you set up with your own notes, text files, etc. Meanwhile, you can focus on what you do best—making money!

Account Colour Prominence
Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Email Search engine: search "from:mario", "from:xxx@mail.com"...
As it is a standard on email clients, along the day we need to retrieve a communication from someone of from a subject. so usually we do a search using keywords, like "from: mario" and I will see all emails listed that were sent by mario, or I write "to:xxx" and I see all emails sent to xxx...or even by subject, "subject:xxx". and I can read all emails from xxx subject. this is key to work efficiently.

Sorting emails by sender
Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

Real time sync
Spark syncs in real time. Canary doesn't. Spark performs despite how many connections I am running. Canary starts failing if I open one more mail software, besides Canary. Do you have plans to fix it? It's also quite crazy that checking new email at times takes a couple of minutes. After sending out an email to myself I can see that the unread email number next to the Inbox changes, but the new email doesn't show up in the mailbox. That's really poor product stability.

Mail limit > 400
Just found out the Canary Mail only shows the last 400 mails per account... I really think this a no-go (at least for the desktop app), so I want at least an option to see/download/cache all mails to my computer...

Out of Office Responder
Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Make canary smarter like Spark mail
To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

Add S/MIME support
Signing and encrypting e-mails using S/MIME is common practice in the business world. So in order to get useful in a business environment, an e-mail client should support S/MIME.

The shiny new AI kid on the block's cool But you got to get the basics right first.
Once upon a time, in a land far, far away (or maybe just down the street from Silicon Valley), there was a magical product that promised to revolutionize the world. Its creators, fueled by unicorn tears and AI dreams, spent their days chasing the latest buzzwords faster than you can say "machine learning." As users cried out for basic functionality and a UI that didn't look like it was designed by a colorblind monkey on a sugar rush, the wise product overlords nodded sagely and declared, "Fear not, for we shall add more AI!" And lo, the roadmap did overflow with artificial intelligence, each feature more artificially intelligent than the last. Years passed, and still the loyal subjects waited for the promised land of usability. They pleaded, "Oh great ones, might we have a button that actually does what it says?" But the creators were too busy teaching their AI to write haikus about blockchain to notice. In their infinite wisdom, they decreed that every pixel must be infused with the power of neural networks. "Who needs intuitive design when you can have a chatbot that tells dad jokes?" they proclaimed, as users wept silently into their keyboards. And so, the product continued to evolve, much like a fish growing legs while forgetting how to swim. Users marveled at its ability to predict the weather on Mars while struggling to find the 'Save' button. But fear not, dear users! For in the year 2525, when the AI overlords have taken over and keyboards are obsolete, you might finally be able to change your username without sacrificing your firstborn to the algorithm gods. Until then, keep those feature requests coming! They make excellent confetti for the next AI-powered office party.

Add a button for translating incoming emails.
It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

Mail Translator
Hello! You have a very good application, an unusual idea, a lot of useful functions and I really like it! It would be great if your mail application could translate emails from one language to another (inside the application, not to switch to another application). I also noticed that many emails have borders, is it possible to stretch the text, reduce the indentation on the left and right so that it is convenient to read on the phone? Now in the mobile application, the text on the left and right recedes strongly from the edges of the screen, which is not easy to read.

Apple’s Reminder integration
Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best
