Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

Group all unread mails at the top of the app.

There are some important emails that have colored text that need to be visible in the body of the email.

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best

I have multiple accounts that I use mostly for spam and registering for accounts I'm not gonna use much - I don't want to see their emails in my main inbox as they're usually not what I'm interested in, but I'd still like quick access to them (which is why I have them added in Canary)

Would be awesome if templates could have Variables where it can pull from data like a contact name or email so if you made a template like this Hi {FirstName} Would love to connect here is my calendar {Calendly Link} {Signature}

A simple “Create Reminder from Email” would be awesome. I’d even settle for a Shortcuts integration where I could just forward an email to a specific address and it create a Reminder for me.

Need a feature that enables to designate priority folders for immediate notifications. Additionally, all folders should display the count of new emails next to their names. Currently, a folder updates with new emails only when I manually click on it. For instance, I have a folder labeled 'Invoices.' It's crucial for me to be notified immediately when a new invoice arrives, so I can attend to bill payments promptly. At present, I must repeatedly check this folder throughout the day to see if there are any new emails. While I appreciate the capabilities of Canary Mail, I require a similar basic functionality too. Summary: Display the count of new emails for all subfolders. Allow enabling notifications for selected folders, similar to the main folder's notification functionality.

Description: When replying directly within Canary Mail, text colors added by the user (e.g., to highlight parts of a reply) do not appear in the main message view. Instead, Canary normalizes everything to a default font and color. The only way to see the intended coloring is via “Show Original,” but this option is not available on all platforms (e.g., some mobile clients). Requested Feature: Introduce an option to preserve text colors in the main message view. Fonts and sizes may still be standardized for consistency, but text colors (foreground and background) should be retained for both incoming emails and user replies. Value / Impact: Ensures that emphasis added with colors remains visible in the standard message view.Prevents confusion when reviewing replies where the sender (user) used color for clarity.Eliminates dependency on “Show Original,” which is not consistently available across platforms.Improves accessibility and consistency with other mail clients that preserve text colors by default.

Set reminder while composing/sending an email, as available in Spark. This function is essential for my workflow, as it allows to plan follow-ups at the moment of sending rather than having to go back afterwards. I hope this could be considered

It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?
