You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

To help combat phishing, I would like to have full email address visible all the time, not just the "friendly name". It's too easy to be lulled into a sense of security without seeing the full email address.

Currently, when you travel to a different time zone the desktop app does not recognize this, and your email time stamps stay in the previous time zone. I.e. if you live in Los Angeles and travel to London, your email time stamps will stay as Los Angeles, which causes confusion. You have to currently close down the app and reopen it. Automatic time zone detection would be a great feature!

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

Group all unread mails at the top of the app.

🤟🏻 Hi Change the possibility of changing the font size to the same system as macOS. This is the same case with font selection.

The font when viewing email is different than the font when composing email (I prefer sending emails using Arial font for example). If it’s possible to change the default font when viewing emails (on the right side of the screen) that would be great to match the same font when I compose emails. It would make the interface look better and more streamlined to keep the font consistent. I know it’s possible to change the font when composing emails but not for viewing emails. Thank you.

Canary already has basic AI features, but a proper conversational assistant would significantly boost productivity. I’d like to draft replies, summarize threads, and ask context-aware questions — just like I can in ChatGPT. Bonus if it supports multiple models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral).

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

It would be nice to be able to disable the integrated calendar to instead use the system default calendar.
