It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

🤟🏻 Hi Change the possibility of changing the font size to the same system as macOS. This is the same case with font selection.

Please provide us with an option to search only by folder. Example: If I want to search the sent box only for email xxx@gmail.com, I should be able to do that. As of now, we cannot do it as it is pulling results from all emails and all folders.

It would be easier to identify unread emails in the inbox if they were highlighted rather than indicated by just a blue dot.

It would be nice to filter out the trash and junk mail when doing a search. Otherwise when you clean up you get errors about elements no longer in collection.

The ability to select Preview Pane visible, ability to turn Off. A basic feature of Apple Mail, Outlook, etc. Nice feature to avoid having an email contents on screen and improves reading the Inbox emails with additional screen space.

Sometime, the name may be misspelled, but no way to change it.

It’s relatively easy and straightforward to add someone to Favorites (the panel that appears in the left-hand column), after they’ve sent an email, but difficult to manually edit a contact, or to remove someone from favorites. It would be great to be able to customize people’s names, add personal/work emails or phone numbers, and add or remove them from the Favorites list.

Currently when attaching an image to an email, the image takes up the full width of the email email, often resulting in massive pictures, particularly on portrait format pictures. It would be nice to have the option to change the size of the image.

Current the whole email window would be brought to the foreground which is quite unnecessary. I wish it can be changed to only show the draft window so I can get back on my work immediately after finishing sending the email.

It would be nice, if one can switch off the bottom menu bar. Because I do not want AI at all and I already have a calendar (CalDAV). So the bottom menu bar is useless for me and takes unnecessary space on the display. The search function can be moved to the top. Maybe you can implement a switch in the settings. Thanks

Seeing this pop up banner every time you delete an email is distracting. The banner overlays on top of your next email to read and it’s hard not to shift your focus to this banner as it sits on your new email to read. Can this be moved to under the bottom toolbar? Or come up with another implementation so it’s not the focus of the screen.

Please turn off the popup with the full link that comes up when I click on links in my emails. I have never had an email client that do this, and it’s very annoying. Reading emails is about efficiency to me, and this creates an extra step in my everyday emails that is completely unnecessary
