Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

The ability to select Preview Pane visible, ability to turn Off. A basic feature of Apple Mail, Outlook, etc. Nice feature to avoid having an email contents on screen and improves reading the Inbox emails with additional screen space.

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best

There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

At the end of the trial period, if decided not to upgrade,the red banner promoting PRO should disappear from the side menu.

Please provide us with an option to search only by folder. Example: If I want to search the sent box only for email xxx@gmail.com, I should be able to do that. As of now, we cannot do it as it is pulling results from all emails and all folders.

Please, implement drag-and-drop folder management. Folder management is problematic.

Add an on-off toggle in settings to enable users to switch the "Open Link" dialog box on or off. I personally don't find it useful and it is more of an annoyance. I'm sure that there must be others who feel the same. It should be up to individual users to decide whether they want this security feature enabled or disabled.

The categories cannot currently be customized, which is why they are useless. In order to use the feature, I need to be able to change the automatically assigned mails accordingly. It should also be possible to customize the categories (remove & add). Currently, all my mails are assigned to "Personal", even though I have a lot of business mails in my mailbox!

Hi, currently notification settings are quite limited. For instance, there is no option to get notifications only for the emails from favorites. You can't mute specific senders. Smart notifications only filters out the emails with unsubscribe link, but that's not enough. I'd like to mute more emails like notifications etc. There can be also a feature to mark some emails as unimportant, so you can train the smart notifications. I hope you will add more options.
