Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

  2. Apple Reminders integration

A simple “Create Reminder from Email” would be awesome. I’d even settle for a Shortcuts integration where I could just forward an email to a specific address and it create a Reminder for me.

  4. "✓ " Read receipts icon shown in message - with each email address separately.

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

  5. Account Colour Prominence

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

  8. Persona for AI Copilot

Make it possible to personalize the AI Copilot by customizing its name, role, and the rules and instructions it follows. For example, you can create the following rule: Your name is Jon. You are a professional Financial Advisor. Start your response with a friendly greeting using the recipient's name (e.g., "Hi [Name],").Thank them for their inquiry (e.g., "Thank you for reaching out about your investments.").Provide tailored financial insights related to their specific questions, referencing the knowledge base for accurate information.Invite further questions (e.g., "Feel free to ask if you need more assistance.").End with a professional sign-off (e.g., "Best regards, Jon").

  9. Knowledge Base for AI Copilot

As a small business owner, you often get the same questions from potential clients. It would be great to create a personal Knowledge Base for AI Copilot, so AI can pull up useful information from that base and include it in response emails. Here are some common questions for a Financial Advisor: What are your hours and contact number? What services do you offer to help manage my finances? How do you charge for your services? Is it a flat fee, hourly rate, or commission-based?How can you help me with retirement planning? Of course, you can spend hours crafting personalized responses to each question for every client. But why not let the AI Copilot do this for you? It can easily pull the information from the Knowledge Base you set up with your own notes, text files, etc. Meanwhile, you can focus on what you do best—making money!

  11. More integrations: Things 3 and Bear are a must-do

Email clients are increasingly integrated into productivity workflows. In this sense, integration with third-party applications has become essential. According to the GTD method, a piece of information, i.e. an email, must be able to be converted into a task if actionable, or into a reference if not. Integration with Things 3 and Bear is therefore extremely important (task -> Things, reference -> Bear). This is one of the features that sets Spark apart from Canary. Fly, Canary, fly!

  12. Highlight the unread emails in the inbox

It would be easier to identify unread emails in the inbox if they were highlighted rather than indicated by just a blue dot.

  13. Customize categories

The categories cannot currently be customized, which is why they are useless. In order to use the feature, I need to be able to change the automatically assigned mails accordingly. It should also be possible to customize the categories (remove & add). Currently, all my mails are assigned to "Personal", even though I have a lot of business mails in my mailbox!

  14. Add support for local folders

Not supporting local folders is a show-stopper. I myself have over 900,000 emails using over 70GB spread across 6 different email accounts. I only keep about one year worth of emails online over IMAP/O365, the rest is archived locally. At work, we're only allowed 15GB of space on our Exchange servers, so unless you're a new employee who just started, EVERYONE else has emails archived locally. This application is promising, but currently unusable for users who have years worth of emails.
