Would be nice for consistency to upgrade the user interface to match macos 26 Tahoe liquid glass appearance if possible.

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

Emails need to be sorted quickly with respect to a variety of variables: sender, receiver, date, attachment, flags, read/unread, important/spam, etc. This is a CRITICAL function.

The categories cannot currently be customized, which is why they are useless. In order to use the feature, I need to be able to change the automatically assigned mails accordingly. It should also be possible to customize the categories (remove & add). Currently, all my mails are assigned to "Personal", even though I have a lot of business mails in my mailbox!

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

I am an Independent Contractor and this would make Canary Mail a usable app for me. Apple Mail and MS Outlook allow the use of multiple colored flags (in Mac OS Mail) or Categories (in Outlook). This is an important feature for me to organize my mail across different projects/timelines. This is an important feature that I look for in any Mail App, please consider adding this feature to Canary Mail.

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

To help combat phishing, I would like to have full email address visible all the time, not just the "friendly name". It's too easy to be lulled into a sense of security without seeing the full email address.

I am an avid user and subscriber of yours, however, I would like a very important feature to be added: to give the possibility to mark a sender as “trustworthy” and that all his mails do not end up in spam

To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

The last update of Canary changed the app icon. A beautiful icon is always a must. Beauty sells too. ( do I have to point Apple’s example ? ) The new icon is very ugly. It even makes my home page ugly, so I have to hide it on the back pages or remove it. It’s a pity that because of a bad choice of definition, design and colors, the app acceptance will decline.

It would be easier to identify unread emails in the inbox if they were highlighted rather than indicated by just a blue dot.

Have the ability to create tags to help organize emails into various groups. which is hand for quick overview or easier to search for certain attachments

Postbox offers the ability to create custom color-coded categories that can be assigned to messages which allows the ability to organize messages by topic. Would love to see this in Canary.
