Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

I am an Independent Contractor and this would make Canary Mail a usable app for me. Apple Mail and MS Outlook allow the use of multiple colored flags (in Mac OS Mail) or Categories (in Outlook). This is an important feature for me to organize my mail across different projects/timelines. This is an important feature that I look for in any Mail App, please consider adding this feature to Canary Mail.

For some reason there's no "Unsubscribe" option in the "Messages" menu for Canary. (See "Canary Messages Menu" screenshot attached) Also, under Settings > General > Shortcuts there is no option to set a shortcut for "Unsubscribe" (See "Canary Settings - Shortcuts" screenshot attached) Please add this feature as it will make it so much quicker/easier to Unsubscribe. When I'm working through emails, I have the "E" key set to "Archive" and the "W" key set to "Delete" and I would like to just as easily hit a key with my left hand, instead of having to use the trackpad/mouse to go click the triple dot menu, and then hit the "Unsubscribe" link.

Want option to be able to read individual emails full-screen on iPad (like on iPhone) vs. split-screen with the list of emails. Long, text-heavy emails hard to read on iPad half-screen, especially b/c no apparent way to adjust font size. I'm trying out Canary as Spark alternative and liking what I see so far...but if not fixed, this may be a deal-breaker.

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

Canary Mail has the option to organize emails by thread, but currently it sorts threads with the newest message on top. It's a matter of personal preference, but many people prefer to have threads in chronological (rather than reverse-chronological) order. It would be nice to have a toggle switch for this in preferences. If there are multiple unread messages in a thread, it's a lot more intuitive to be able to read straight through (vs. reading each message top to bottom but then jumping up to the next message).

It’s prohibitive to have to scroll through contact names looking for the read receipt of a specific email instead of just having the checkmarks able to be clicked inside the actual email itself. I’ve never seen read receipts presented in the current way before, and it makes me not use them as much even though they’re necessary for my job. It would be great if the read receipts were more standard by having the checkmarks at the top of each email and you could then click/tap on them to see the read info per email.

Canary's UI on macOS is just awful. The iOS app is great but the Mac app has a bad UI

Put a small delete button on each item in the message list, or at least make the 'delete' option be a visible icon in the top tool bar. It's a bit tedious to have to navigate to the ellipsis menu to delete individual messages :)

I would like to see more toolbar customization options, particularly the ones under the Filter button but broken out to top level options. I would like to be able to have Unread and Starred available as single-click options, instead of needing to click the Filter option and then click again. It would also be nice to be able to create customizable dropdowns like the Filter button, but put whatever we want in those dropdowns.
