Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Signing and encrypting e-mails using S/MIME is common practice in the business world. So in order to get useful in a business environment, an e-mail client should support S/MIME.

Hi, currently notification settings are quite limited. For instance, there is no option to get notifications only for the emails from favorites. You can't mute specific senders. Smart notifications only filters out the emails with unsubscribe link, but that's not enough. I'd like to mute more emails like notifications etc. There can be also a feature to mark some emails as unimportant, so you can train the smart notifications. I hope you will add more options.

Allowing you to set signatures appearance for new mail only and not reply and / or forward. Having signatures in every single message gives a cluttered look.

Simple option to remove signatures from replies instead of me cancelling it every time. All email apps have such feature. Shouldn’t be to complicated.

It would be nice to have the exact same snooze options on iOS as macOS. The iOS options are way too sparse.

It would be helpful to be able to only use signatures on new emails so that people don't get inundated and emails are not super long because of having to include lots of signatures everywhere. It would save a ton of time because doing it manually really adds up.

I‘m coming from Spark and I am missing more options to snooze emails. Especially: This evening or a total custom snooze option. Spark also remembers the last custom snooze option to use at the next time. Would be great to add this.

Currently, images (e.g. a logo) can only be added to a signature by linking to an externally hosted image. This may be feasible for companies and organizations, who host their own website, but it's almost impossible for private users who don't have their own website. It would be a lot easier (and more stable, because an externally hosted site may change) if I could embed an image internally to an email. (See also Ticket #47827.)

For "Pro" users that may use an email client for business, adding a logo or image to their email signature is absolutely imperative. Canary Mail is extremely feature-rich and almost perfect except missing this one very useful feature.
