Out of Office Responder
Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

Make canary smarter like Spark mail
To divided mails at the top the mail box, and pins and seen, it’s easy to check the mails, also show the numbers of the inbox and pins each at the bottom of the mail, please refer to Spark.

Ability to create MS Teams & Google Meet online meeting invite directly from calendar
Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

Organize Threads (Conversations) Chronologically or Reverse-Chronologically
Canary Mail has the option to organize emails by thread, but currently it sorts threads with the newest message on top. It's a matter of personal preference, but many people prefer to have threads in chronological (rather than reverse-chronological) order. It would be nice to have a toggle switch for this in preferences. If there are multiple unread messages in a thread, it's a lot more intuitive to be able to read straight through (vs. reading each message top to bottom but then jumping up to the next message).

Multiple Flags (categories)
I am an Independent Contractor and this would make Canary Mail a usable app for me. Apple Mail and MS Outlook allow the use of multiple colored flags (in Mac OS Mail) or Categories (in Outlook). This is an important feature for me to organize my mail across different projects/timelines. This is an important feature that I look for in any Mail App, please consider adding this feature to Canary Mail.

Cleaner UI on Mac
Canary's UI on macOS is just awful. The iOS app is great but the Mac app has a bad UI

Improved iOS/iPadOS editor (emails + signatures)
Problem found: The email composition editor on iOS/iPadOS is currently limited. For example, it is not possible to insert hyperlinks, and above all, the iOS application does not offer an HTML editor to create or modify signatures. Users must create their HTML signatures elsewhere and paste them into the application, which significantly limits the possibilities of customization. Desired improvement: I would like the WYSIWYG editor to be improved and to be available both for the composition of emails and for the creation/modification of HTML signatures, including: For the composition of emails: Insertion of hypertext links: possibility to add clickable web links on selected textImage insertion and management: simplified interface to insert inline images with sizing optionsSimplified and accessible toolbar: grouping of formatting tools (bold, italics, lists, links, images) in a clear toolbar[6] For HTML signatures: Integrated HTML editor: as on Mac and Windows versions, iOS should offer a native HTML editor to create and modify signatures directly from the applicationVisual formatting tools: allow the addition of images, links, logos, and text formatting without having to go through an external editorReal-time preview: see the rendering of the signature during its creation A complete editor available for emails AND signatures would allow you to manage all your professional communication directly from the iPhone or iPad, without depending on other devices.

Add a button for translating incoming emails.
It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

Mail Translator
Hello! You have a very good application, an unusual idea, a lot of useful functions and I really like it! It would be great if your mail application could translate emails from one language to another (inside the application, not to switch to another application). I also noticed that many emails have borders, is it possible to stretch the text, reduce the indentation on the left and right so that it is convenient to read on the phone? Now in the mobile application, the text on the left and right recedes strongly from the edges of the screen, which is not easy to read.

Account Colour Prominence
Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Will you make a Linux vertion of this wonderful email program?
There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

Apple’s Reminder integration
Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best

Show Full Email Addresses for Phishing Protection
To help combat phishing, I would like to have full email address visible all the time, not just the "friendly name". It's too easy to be lulled into a sense of security without seeing the full email address.
