  1. Account Colour Prominence

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

  2. Sorting emails by sender

Sorting emails by sender is, own my opinion, a basic function of every email client. It helps to sort through emails quickly and clear unwanted emails or move them to folders. I find it amazing that Canary Mail does not have this feature. It is also noted that Canary Mail's own website promotes sorting emails by sender (https://canarymail.io/blog/manage-and-organize-emails/): 'Group by the sender: Another way to organize your inbox is by grouping messages from specific senders together. This can be particularly useful if you work with a lot of different people and want to quickly find messages from a particular colleague or client.' So, why is this function not there?

  3. Out of Office Responder

Out of office replies would be very useful when OOO. This is an important feature for those using Canary for work.

  4. Add a button for translating incoming emails.

It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

  6. Apple’s Reminder integration

Congrats re: integrations. This is game changer. Can we expect an integration with Apple’s Reminder anytime soon? Also, this would be awesome to have integrations options in swipes for quicker access/process. Best

  7. Will you make a Linux vertion of this wonderful email program?

There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

  8. Show Full Email Addresses for Phishing Protection

To help combat phishing, I would like to have full email address visible all the time, not just the "friendly name". It's too easy to be lulled into a sense of security without seeing the full email address.

  10. Persona for AI Copilot

Make it possible to personalize the AI Copilot by customizing its name, role, and the rules and instructions it follows. For example, you can create the following rule: Your name is Jon. You are a professional Financial Advisor. Start your response with a friendly greeting using the recipient's name (e.g., "Hi [Name],").Thank them for their inquiry (e.g., "Thank you for reaching out about your investments.").Provide tailored financial insights related to their specific questions, referencing the knowledge base for accurate information.Invite further questions (e.g., "Feel free to ask if you need more assistance.").End with a professional sign-off (e.g., "Best regards, Jon").

  11. Disable the calendar or use the system default

It would be nice to be able to disable the integrated calendar to instead use the system default calendar.

  13. Expend rules options

The rules now are very disappointing. The options are very limited. Why every mail with the word "invoice" in the title cannot be filtered into a invoice folder. Etc Etc

  14. Implementing the Things 3 Autofill option

This will allow users of Things 3 to quickly create deep links from emails and then code them into the to-do infrastructure of Things 3. It uses a short piece of AppleScript that allows for a deep link URL to be generated and added to a 'to-do'. Spark has it. Apple Mail has it. It is the main reason for not migrating over to Canary. If you are going to be smart a lot of the GTD crowd uses this feature. Here is a link to another App going through the process to implement it: https://orionfeedback.org/d/3248-things-3-quick-entry-with-autofill All the best, Max
