Life work balance is very important. Focus filter helps to get this balance. Focus filter is one of the most helpful features in iOS 16 and it would be great to use it with canary mail

There are many people using Linux, it would be convenient to have the crossover, between say, android and Linux, as there is with Windows and Canary mail.

It is easy to translate outgoing emails, but there is no option to translate incoming ones. Can you add this function?

Please add "✓ Read" in the correspondence window next to each email address (To: - Cc: - Bcc: ) separately.

Showing account colours only adds a very thin bar the the side of the email in the inbox. It doesn’t really help that much. I’d like to see this bar a bit bigger and in the left hand side next to the avatar to increase visibility.

Enable color highlights for the mails in the overview

The functionality to display unread email counts on folders without selecting them is an essential feature. If there are many folders, they all would need to be selected to see new messages. All other email clients do this.

You can set it up for mails with the condition that only sends you a reminder if they dont replay or send a reminder even if they replay

I am an Independent Contractor and this would make Canary Mail a usable app for me. Apple Mail and MS Outlook allow the use of multiple colored flags (in Mac OS Mail) or Categories (in Outlook). This is an important feature for me to organize my mail across different projects/timelines. This is an important feature that I look for in any Mail App, please consider adding this feature to Canary Mail.

Many service provider (including EM Client, Super Human & Outlook) have this feature of creating direct meeting link from calendar. Please integrate the same.

The rules now are very disappointing. The options are very limited. Why every mail with the word "invoice" in the title cannot be filtered into a invoice folder. EtcEtc

Other email apps are more useful until Canary Mail for Windows introduces this feature.

I kind of missed this wasn't just a standard feature of all email clients, but it appears that you cannot simply drag a message into a folder within Canary for Windows. That's kind of vital for me to have for the sake of organization, so it'd be great, especially considering it's able to be done on the Mac version.

Integreate claude into canary mail to automate email responses.
